IEUA Headquarters

6075 Kimball Avenue
Chino, California 91708

The Agency’s headquarters buildings, using inexpensive tilt-up construction, were the first and largest public buildings to receive the Platinum rating from the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) in 2003. The facilities demonstrate how using recycled building materials and state-of-the-art energy efficiency can create a better environment, save water, improve staff productivity, and contribute to the restoration of native landscapes.

The headquarters complex is one of the largest public landscapes in southern California to use native plants and to have integrated state-of-the-art stormwater management, including restoration of natural drainage and the creation of wetlands and riparian habitat, on the property.
