IEUA Appoints Jasmin A. Hall to the Board of Directors

Chino, California – The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) announced today that Jasmin A. Hall, a resident of Fontana for nine years, has been appointed to the Inland Empire Utilities Agency Board of Directors. Hall will represent Division Four, which includes the city of Fontana and portions of Rialto and Bloomington. Hall received her appointment after a unanimous vote by the Board.

The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) began selling recycled water in the 1970s as a low cost alternative to potable water for large irrigation customers. Over the past ten years, IEUA and its local water providers have invested in an aggressive program to expand delivery of high quality recycled water to its service area as a reliable irrigation source that will improve the sustainability of the region’s water supply.

Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority Receives 2012 Composter of the Year Award

The Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority (IERCA) is a joint project between the Inland Empire Utilities Agency and the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts. Established in 2002, the IERCA operates the Inland Empire Regional Composting Facility (IERCF) located in Rancho Cucamonga. The IERCF is the nation’s largest indoor composting facility.

IERCA Reaches Milestone – One million cubic yards sold

Rancho Cucamonga – The Inland Empire Regional Composting Facility, a joint project of the Inland Empire Utilities Agency and Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County, has sold one million cubic yards of high-quality compost to a variety of customers in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada.
