Inland Empire, California – The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) will begin installing a 30” diameter recycled water pipeline under Peyton Drive, near the intersection of Eucalyptus Avenue and Peyton, in Chino Hills. No construction, detours or lane closures will take place on Peyton Drive or Eucalyptus Avenue. All work will be done under Peyton Drive. Heavy equipment is being brought to the vacant lots on both sides of Peyton Drive. IEUA’s contractor has fenced around the work site and will install the pipeline using a boring process to
construct the pipeline under Peyton Drive. Community Park overflow parking on the southwest corner of Peyton Drive and Eucalyptus will be allowed, but motorists are advised to avoid the fenced construction area.
