Inland Empire – At a Special Board Meeting of the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Mr. Joe Grindstaff as its Interim General Manager. Mr. Grindstaff has thirty years of experience in management and planning in the field of water, wastewater and resource management.
