Water Industry Affiliations:
Director Elie serves as representative to the Chino Basin Watermaster, Southern California Water Coalition, National Water Research Institute, and as alternate representative to the Chino Basin Desalter Authority and Regional Sewerage Policy Committee.

Professional and Community Activities:
Director Elie is an environmental and water law attorney who regularly represents public entities and public utility regulated entities in complex, multiparty litigation and administrative matters, including soil and groundwater contamination matters.
