Inland Empire, California – Tom Ash has joined the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA/Agency) as a Senior Environmental Compliance Officer. Mr. Ash will be working towards reaching the region's goals for water use efficiency, in particular bringing revenue stability by developing tools that promote sustainable rate structures.

Inland Empire, CA - The Inland Empire Utilities Agency’s (IEUA) Board of Directors unanimously approved support for California Proposition 1, “The Water Quality, Supply and Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2014,” at their September 17, 2014 Board meeting. The measure, which was approved by the Legislature and signed by Governor Jerry Brown on August 13, is slated for the November 4 ballot.

The award is achieved by those organizations that demonstrate excellence in procurement by obtaining a high score on a rating of standardized criteria. The program is designed to measure innovation, professionalism, e-procurement, productivity, and leadership attributes of the procurement function.
