Inland Empire, California – Gene Koopman, Steven J. Elie, and Jasmin A. Hall were sworn in at the Board of Directors meeting on December 17, 2014.
Koopman begins his fourth four-year term in office, Elie begins his second four-year term in office, and Hall begins her first full four-year term in office after being appointed in October 2013.
