INLAND EMPIRE, CA – The Inland Empire Utilities Agency’s (IEUA/Agency) Board of Directors held its election of officers during IEUA’s Board Meeting on December 21, 2022 for a one-year term effective January 1, 2023. Director Marco Tule was elected to serve as the Agency’s Board President, and Director Steve Elie was elected to serve as the Agency’s Board Vice President. Director Jasmin A. Hall was elected to serve as the Agency’s Board Secretary/Treasurer and as the Agency’s representative to the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) Commission. Director Michael Camacho was elected to serve as the Agency’s representative to the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California’s Board of Directors and alternate representative on the SAWPA Commission.

“I am honored to be chosen by my colleagues to serve as Board President,” stated elected President Marco Tule. “During my tenure, I look forward to advancing critical initiatives such as the Chino Basin Program and continuing to work collaboratively with our customer and partner agencies to enhance water supply reliability for the 935,000 residents within the IEUA service area.”
Incoming President Marco Tule was elected to the IEUA Board in 2020 and will begin his third year representing Division 1, including the cities of Upland and Montclair, as well as San Antonio Heights, a portion of Ontario, and unincorporated territories in the sphere of the cities of Chino’s and Montclair’s influence.

Incoming Vice President Steve Elie has served on the IEUA Board since 2010 and will begin his fourth, four-year term in office representing Division 3 which includes the Cities of Chino, Chino Hills, and a portion of unincorporated territories in the City of Chino’s sphere of influence.

Incoming Secretary/Treasurer Jasmin A. Hall was appointed to the Agency’s Board of Directors in October 2013, elected to a four-year term in November 2014 and re-elected in November 2018 and November 2022. Director Hall represents the city of Fontana and portions of Rialto and Bloomington.
