Inland Empire – At a Special Board Meeting of the Inland Empire Utilities Agency on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Mr. Thomas A. Love as its Chief Executive Officer/General Manager. Mr. Love has over twenty five years of experience in public agency, water resources and engineering management.
