Inland Empire – For the ninth consecutive year, the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) has been awarded the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) of the United States and Canada for its Fiscal Year 2013/2014 budget.
