The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is committed to establishing and maintaining close partnerships with the regions member agencies. IEUA is committed to providing member agencies with programs and resources that focus on water use efficiency methods, environmental stewardship, educational programs, and sustaining water supplies. By fostering these relationships IEUA is able to work closely with member agencies to reach the community in spreading water-wise messaging and environmental stewardship.
Inland Empire Utilities Agency offers a variety of educational programs and resources, Water Use Efficiency Programs and rebates for customers living within the Inland Empire Utilities Agency boundaries; including the cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, and Upland, Cucamonga Valley Water District, Fontana Water Company, Monte Vista Water District, and San Antonio Water Company. Programs include; Landscape Transformation program; Free Sprinkler Nozzles; Inland Empire Garden Friendly; Residential Landscape Retrofit Program; and Regional Landscape Training Classes/Residential Workshops.

Located in San Bernardino County, the Inland Empire Utilities Agency covers 242-square miles, distributes imported water, provides industrial/municipal wastewater collection and treatment services, and other related utility services to more than 875,000 residents through its member agencies which include Chino, Chino Hills, Cucamonga Valley Water District, Fontana, Fontana Water Company, Montclair, Monte Vista Water District, Ontario, and Upland.
