As part of the “Water Smart, Come Rain or Come Shine” campaign, Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) joined with the water agencies of the “Regional Water Conservation Partnership” to bring a series of residential water conservation rebates to the residents of the IEUA service area.

The Regional Water Conservation Partnership is made up of the Cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Upland, the Cucamonga Valley Water District, the Monte Vista Water District, Fontana Water Company, and the San Antonio Water Company. Residential customers of these water agencies are eligible to participate in our Ultra Low Flush (ULF) & High Efficiency Toilet (HET) Rebate Programs and our High Efficiency Clothes Washer Rebate Program.

These rebates offer residents an opportunity to not only save money on the purchase price, but continue to see significant water (and energy) savings throughout the year. So if you live in the Cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Ontario, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, San Antonio Heights, or Upland, you are eligible to participate.
