The New Administrative Headquarters houses the Agency's executive, management, demonstrative, engineering, and RP-5 operations staffs.

Located in the City of Chino on Telephone Avenue near Chino Hills Parkway and Central Avenue.  CCWRF treats an annual average flow of 8.0 mgd.  Recycled water from the facility provides the Agency with a supplemental water source. Additionally, CCWRF's construction and operation was designed specifically to support the philosophy of being a "good neighbor" to the surrounding community.

Located in the City of Rancho Cucamonga at the intersection of Sixth Street and Etiwanda Avenue, RP-4 has been in operation since 1997.  RP-4, which currently treats an annual average flow of 7 mgd, has an ultimate build-out of 28 mgd. The plant works in conjunction with RP-1 to provide recycled water to users within the service areas of RP-1 and RP-4.

Located in the City of Chino at the corner of Kimball Avenue and El Prado Road, RP-5 is the state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facility. RP-5 currently treats an annual average flow of 15 mgd of wastewater.  The ultimate capacity at build-out will be 51 mgd.  The design of this facility includes a complete odor control system.

The Chino Basin Desalter treats water contaminated with high levels of salts and nitrates through reverse osmosis technology, and then safely reintroduces the treated water to the potable water supply.  The Desalter will provide more than 8 mgd of drinking water - enough drinking water to meet the annual needs of over 20,000 families.

Located on the southeast corner of RP-5 facility site. This facility is designed to process manure and food waste through an anaerobic digestion process. During this process, approximately 400,000 to 600,000 cubic feet/day of methane gas (bio-gas) is generated and used as a fuel source to operate engine generators that produce electricity. The electricity produced is used to operate equipment in the RP-5, RP-2 and Chino Desalter 1 facilities.

Located in the City of Rancho Cucamonga just north of the 10 freeway, off Etiwanda Avenue at 6th Street. IERCA is a fully enclosed 453,900 square foot composting facility. The facility produces a top quality wood based, nutrient rich compost made from the recycled green waste biosolids and horse stable bedding. The facility produces approximately 225,000 cubic yards (90,000 tons) of compost annually.
