Rebate Application
IEUA has launched an self-regenerating water softener rebate program. If you have an self-regenerating water softener, and live in the city of Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, or Upland, you can get a rebate for the reasonable value of the unit—from $300 up to $2,000—and free removal by a pre-qualified licensed plumber.
Applying for the rebate is simple:

Submit the one page rebate application to IEUA (forms can be obtained by clicking on the Rebate Application Form Image on the left).

IEUA will send you an offer with the rebate amount and your authorization letter to proceed.

Sign the authorization letter and schedule an appointment with a plumber on the attached list.

After the plumber removes your self-regenerating water softener IEUA will mail your rebate check.
